I visited the toyota factory in japan - that car would never have made it out of the factory in that condition - I bet it wouldn't have even been assembled with panels that poorly painted!

if i was buying a used car and saw panel gaps like that, i would think the car was involved in a crash and was repaired...
I'd love a Tesla but I'd feel sick if I paid that much for a car and it arrived from the factory with such a terrible paint job
Hey man im working in manufactury, we re assembling audi q8/q7 touareg and believe me if some car go out of factory like your one, lot of bosses would be fired
If I'm paying $45-50k for a new car it had better be constructed to at the very least the standard of a Subaru Crosstrek ($21k).

Lorsque j'ai magasiné pour une Tesla il y a 2-3 ans, la première chose que j'ai remarqué ce n'est pas la mauvaise qualité de peinture ou les gaps des panneaux de carrosserie mais la qualité médiocre de l'intérieur. Et c'était sur le model X, presque le triple du prix de leur model 3.... Mauvais choix de matériaux, finition artisanale, ça n'inspirait pas confiance du tout. Vraiment en dessous des standards Japonais, Allemands et même Sud-Coréens.
Bref, Tesla, c'est un autre char américain. Sauf que Ford/GM/Chrysler ont de l'expérience, au moins.
